      Straight Oleos

29.95 low in stock! Sold Out

These British manufactured lightweight straight oleos are the ideal compliment to any Warbird Replicas model in the 5-10lb range, and can easily be fitted to any ARTF in the same weight range.

They are produced using high quality alloy and incorporate silky smooth springs.

An oleo leg will absorb stress on the airframe and smooth out any heavier than intended landings! They will also help improve ground handling on rough patches.

Measuring 100mm from the top of the oleo to the axle centre, they can used with standard 8swg wire undercarriage legs found as standard on most ARTFs in this weight range.

Current price is an amazing 29.95 per pair. This is almost half of the price of similar quality British built oleos.

      Fitting Guide
Measure the distance between the retract unit and the axle on your current wire undercarriage leg and cut to the required length. In most cases you should beable to retain the coil which will give added shock absorbing qualities.

Trial fit, ensuring the wheels are tracking in the correct direction and then mark and file a flat on the existing wire leg and then secure the oleo using the grub screw provided [a spot of threadlock is also a good idea to stop them vibrating loose over time!]
